Where is ION training located?

307 Pitt Street, Sydney. Right in the heart of Sydney CBD, just a 2-minute walk from Town Hall train station or bus stops within 100 metres on Park Street.

Is there car parking?

Not on site, however there are various parking stations located nearby:

  • Secure Parking at The Hilton Sydney – 259 Pitt Street (Easy access off Pitt Street and exit via George Street). Open 24 hours.
  •  Secure Parking at Rialto Square – 329 Pitt Street (Entry via Bathurst Street). Open from 6am.
  • Wilson Parking Citigroup Centre Car Park – 271 Pitt Street (Entry via Pitt Street). Open from 6am.

For our early morning members, car spaces are generally available along Park Street adjacent to Hyde Park from XXam for $XX per hour.

Do I need to make a booking for every class?

What happens if I don’t show up?

Your membership is charged whether you show up or not. We ask that if you are unable to ­­­­­­attend a class you remove yourself as soon as possible to allow other members to fill the spot.

How do I cancel or put my membership on hold?

Please contact info@iontraining.com.au. Please refer to your membership handbook for further details on this matter.

What payment methods do you have?

Initial membership takes place on-site including establishing ongoing direct debit. You can pay on-site in cash or via EFTPOS.

Do you have showers and change rooms?

Yes. Showers and changing areas are available in the facility. Members must provide their own towels.

What are the busiest times at ION?

Our morning classes are our busiest. However, our coaches and the ION program are available throughout the course of every day. If possible, we advise you to take advantage of our Infinity time slots outside of the morning hustle and bustle.

What hours are you open?

  • Monday – Friday: 5:30am to 7:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:30am to 10:30am
  • Sunday: Closed

Is the space available for corporate or private hire?

We facilitate corporate and special events including nutrition seminars, coach development and corporate wellness. If you have an enquiry for an event please visit our contact page or send an email to info@iontraining.com.au

How much does it cost to join?

We have a number of options available to suit our members and prospective members, starting from $38 available here.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no later than five minutes before the start of each training session. If you’d like to come earlier, feel free to make use of the foam rollers and trigger balls.

What do I do if I’m injured or restricted to training?

Please email our coaching staff as soon as possible (coach@iontraining.com.au) to discuss the nature of your injury or physical restrictions. After a personal assessment, we will be able to best advise on your training options.
