ION SWEATCAMP is the first female-only premium outdoor group training experience we have offered.

ION Training Director, Rhys Pritchard and SWEATCAMP Head Coaches Tanya Poppett + Andrew Davis have been working hard together, programming and conducting test sessions to create an outdoor fitness solution which we believe will set a new standard for this style of training.

SWEATCAMP intends to redefine what it means to train outdoors – the best way to describe this?  Professional coaching, adaptable movements, premium equipment, iconic locations and a results based and inclusive program. WE ARE NOT A “BOOTCAMP”.

We have combined the best of our ION training methodology, fused it into a fun, inclusive and supportive female-only outdoor training environment right on time for the start of Spring/Summer 2018!

SWEATCAMP launches on Monday, 15th of October 2018 at 7am in Hyde Park, Sydney CBD.

Our training sessions will be on at 7am every morning Monday to Friday.

… plus afternoon sessions at 5:30pm Tuesday & Thursday.
